We interview Arnaud Henneville, co-founder of internalDesk & Chantal Rafflin, global HRD at DGS (Detection & Guidance Solutions) – a global business unit of GE Healthcare.
After 10+ years as management consultants specialising in change-management, Arnaud and his co-founder spotted two problems that were both present in almost all companies. On the one hand, 90% of strategies fail due to poor execution. On the other hand, 87% of the global workforce is not fully engaged in their work. Together with Chantal Rafflin, we will discuss this global problem and the solution applied by DGS.
